Starbucks in Munich

I ordered a large cappuccino and what I received was a large cup of cold milk. Please concentrate on your work.

Friendly, even if of course often very crowded and well attended, and especially open during lockdown. And the situation is very good anyway

I LOVE Starbucks !, the drinks are delicious, the prices of croissants; Muffins etc. Are a bit overpriced. You can also buy coffee mugs and co. Which are also quite overpriced (a small espresso cup costs around 8 €) but the plastic cups with the logo are reasonably cheap. The waiting times at Corona are a little longer than usual but the rest is pretty nice! You get through the back entrance into the "Hofgarten" which is very nice to go for a walk. Before that I usually treat myself to a Java Chip Frappuccino, which is extremely tasty ;-) The croissants & Co. are also very tasty and can be warmed up as you like: D

Nicely furnished, just the thing before or after the workday to switch off. The coffee is still one of the best, but drinking tea is also fun here, which is also due to the super nice service ...

Employees pay close attention to protective measures such as distance, etc. They also put people in a good mood and provided good service. Despite standing in line, we didn't have to wait long before we went for a walk in the courtyard garden with a good-tasting coffee.

Too expensive for a poor quality coffee.

Visited this branch yesterday. Unfortunately the branch was totally dirty, the staff seemed overwhelmed and then they added normal milk to my drink even though I explicitly pointed out to the guy at the checkout that I wanted this drink with soy milk. Will not visit this branch again.

Nice view of the Hofgarten. Ok for foods and drinks. But you have to expect crowded room.

Constantly crowded, the staff is never at the height of the situation. They’re slow, forcing this “write your name on the glass” thing, and then they can’t read it. Or no more prescribing. And I don't even have such a complicated name ... It's just the icing on the cake that I don't always manage to give exactly what one asked for.

The coffee is terrible, too sweet and expensive. A chain to avoid.

Just trust me here and avoid at all cost. UPDATE (19.10) with reasons: it was too crowded. The air inside felt a little moist and a seemed to be "standing" in the room, but that was maybe just my subjective feeling. The minimum distance couldn't be kept from other customers in the line though and there were too many people inside for the long time you had to spend waiting there. It was a sunny sunday, so the rush isn't starbucks fault, but maybe the system should be improved. Working condition for staff in situations like those are not good as well, naturally there was also a mixup between drinks, but that has to be excused.

Nice Starbucks in a beautiful, central location at the Hofgarten. Unfortunately also accordingly full and difficult to find a seat. The prices are - as you are used to from Starbucks - disproportionately high; a large mixed coffee drink can cost over € 6. However, it is gratifying that Starbucks also offers an abundance of vegan alternatives, albeit for a surcharge of 50ct.

A very good cafe, perfect for meeting friends. I recommend coffee and sweets;)

It's just a Starbucks as you know it. The location is great and the products are of the usual quality, but it is very small for the crowd on the weekend or when the weather is good. It's going way too slowly and the line got longer and longer ...

Is small so try to do not go at rush time

A great Starbucks Café at one of the hotspots in Munich, Odeosplatz. In good weather you can sit outside and enjoy the sun. But even if it should rain, you can sit in the beautiful indoor areas. Most of the time you can find a nice place. The staff are always polite and open to any special requests. In addition, there are always delicious snacks and cakes available. Especially the N.Y. Cheesecake is my absolute highlight

The location is very good, but there aren't that many seats on the ground floor. The service was friendly.

I really enjoy going there before work or even at the weekend. It's spacious and quiet enough to get some work done...if you get served by a gentleman called Stavros, then you are in luck - top man when it comes to service!

I had a great coffee time thanks to barista Giancarlo, who got me a wonderful espresso con panna. Thanks guys!

Just bought a cinnamon roll to eat at work and it was still raw in the middle. Not cooked at all! I even let them warm it up but still was like pure mushy dough in the middle. I’m currently pregnant so this is a real health risk for me. Couldn’t even ask them to give me another one since I just discovered it at work. Well no breakfast for me I guess. Just great.

What can you say big about Starbucks. Top service all friendly drinks delicious. Everything to do with coffee specialties. Unfortunately for me not often in there just too expensive.

There is not a particular architecture for this starbuck. The inside is basic but there is a nice Terrace perfect when there is a ray of light. The employees were ok. Some actions seem to be done for the covid19. Good location next to the rezidenz München.

Coffee tastes good - but every now and then someone could clean the tables ...

Our office stopped getting coffee here. Something is wrong with the coffee. It’s was the best in town but now it’s terrible and nobody is doing something about it. Worst Management ever... Finally coffee has been fixed. Best Starbucks in Town again.

Next to Odeonsplatz is the Munich Royal Palace. It is great to buy a cup of coffee and go to the park. The toilet can be used only after the payment is made and the staff is informed. There is outdoor seating.

Super busy, drinks take quite long

We stopped by to get something hot to drink and rest a bit. The cafe has 2 levels with the toilets on the lower level. It was quite busy and so it was hard to get a table. We did end up getting one though. I quite liked the fact that there are entrances on the road as well as the Hofgarten. The menu is similar to the other branches of the chain.

My favorite study spot in Munich. Friendly staff and great wifi connection. International staff is able to assist you in multiple languages. Food and drinks are standard for a Starbucks location.

Wireless payment with smartphone not working , employees at the cashdesk can hardly undenstand customers , looks like they are stoned , i i couldn't get the receipt because all the present employees can't use the cashier , none of them apologied or say something !!! Useless ! Milk tastes bad !

Good service great coffee.i might stay in a big cue but worth the wait.great experience overall.

Hot drinks are O.K. but the sevice and price are not the best.

I ordered Matcha Frappuccino with syrup and whipped cream. Until I got it, I told the girl no cap for me (in German) and she misunderstood, removed whipped cream and decided to make new one for me. I told her no cap but with whipped cream 😠 but when she put whipped cream on. I saw blond hair in whipped cream in my cup. The girl pulled it out right in front of me and she gave me like nothing happened. I even saw more blond hair which I pulled it out from the cup myself. To be honest if I could give minus stars, I would do that. That was so terrible!!!!!!!

A decent Starbucks. Coffee not to the franchise’s best standard, but fine. Staff neutral, not especially friendly. Surroundings rather scruffy. I visited at 10 on a January morning, there was plenty of seating free. Loudspeakers unpleasantly irritating. The situation of the branch could not be better, easily reached by bus and UBahn.

I really like this location, the staff is usually pretty nice, fast, and helpful, most of them speak English. There's usually at least one empty seat, and it's right at the Hofgarten, so you can take your cup and go for a walk. Remember to bring your own cup if you want to take your coffee to go.
